A Refund will NOT be Issued in the Following Cases:
- a customer applied for an RMA number after 14 days from the date of delivery (please note that RMA requests applied for after 14 days from the date your order was received may be considered on a case-by-case basis, entirely at our discretion).
- returns were shipped to the address other than the return address Prime Buy B2B provided with the RMA number and the package was lost.
- returns shipped by a customer are lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
- returns were received without the complete original packaging materials and shipping cartons and/or without the original accessories, cables, components, documents, manuals, and software.
- products that have malfunctioned due to mishandling, electrical overload, etc.
- returns were received with the factory-applied serial number that has been altered, tampered with, removed from the product or the number is not valid/ legible.
- returns were received with the serial number not matching the serial number on record with the manufacturer.
- authorized return merchandise is not received within 14 business days from the date the RMA number was issued.
Unauthorized Return
A return is considered unauthorized if any package is:
- returned without an RMA number or with an invalid, expired or missing/lost/misplaced RMA number.
- refused by a customer during a delivery attempt.
- returned if a customer has moved without providing us with the proper shipping address.
- received later than 14 business days from the date of issuing RMA.
or if a return is shipped as Collect Shipment.
In most situations, unauthorized returns will be refused and sent back at the customer’s expense and credit or replacement will not be issued. However, sometimes unauthorized returns may be considered on a case-by-case basis, entirely at our discretion.
Please note that if we accept the return, we reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 30% in addition to any shipping costs associated with the order (including the original shipping cost for products with free shipping).
Refused Shipments
If a customer refuses to accept the package during a delivery attempt, it is considered a refused shipment.
If delivery is refused by mistake, the package will be sent back to the customer again at their expense. If you refuse delivery instead of contacting us to obtain proper return instructions, the shipment will be considered an unauthorized return and subject to the policies thereof.
Return Policy Abuse
Mega Solutions, LLC reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise does not meet our Return Policy requirements. If a customer requests repeated returns, they will be blocked from making any further purchases. Please note that an RMA number does not guarantee that returned items are eligible for a refund, exchange, or replacement.
Customers can inadvertently return products that were not purchased from megasolutionsllc.com. Such items will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense with a request to send the correct product within 3 days from the date the item is received. If a customer attempts to return items not purchased from our website again, they will not be returned and the refund for the order and shipping expenses will not be issued.
Changes in Return Policy
Mega Solutions, LLC reserves the right to change or update our Return Policy without any previous notice. Pay attention that the listed policy will be applied at the time of your purchase, even if our policy is revised after your purchase.
