You can regain access to your Prime Buy B2B account in case you lost your password.
To reset your password, please press "Can't access your account?" button at the login page that will transfer you to the "Password Assistance" page. You will be requested to enter an email associated with your account, pass the reCAPTCHA test. After that, press the "Send" button to receive the Prime Buy B2B password assistance email.
Please make sure that you entered your email in the same way you entered it when registering your account. If you keep receiving a "No account found" note, please contact our Customer Service for help restoring access to your account.
Password assistance email will contain the "Reset you Prime Buy B2B ID Password" button that will take you to a web page where you can create a new password.
When creating a new password, please remember the following simple rules:
- all passwords are case sensitive
- all passwords should be from 8 to 12 characters long
- we recommend using a random combination of letters, numbers and special characters
