• The BSPT coolant connections work well with Camlock, Duotight, BSP, or NPT fittings.

Plate chillers are great for their high efficiency and compact size, but if there's too much hop matter running through them, they can quickly clog up. Transferring wort from your kettle to your fermenter is one of the critical steps in the brewing process where you don't want any hiccups. The Beast's wort line is 1/2" ID so it can withstand high amounts of hop additions without clogging! A cross bar is welded on one side of the coil with pre-drilled mounting holes allowing it to be easily installed under your work bench or mounted directly to your brewing system.
